Founder, Appana Technologies
Appana is founded and run by Hamad Al Khayyal Al Harthi, a UAE technology executive with more than 17 years leading IT strategy, digital transformation and enterprise data at board level.
His work spans energy, oil and gas, telecoms, media and retail — large organisations where technology had to hold up at scale, on a budget, and under real scrutiny. Appana exists to bring that standard to organisations that want AI built around their own needs.

The zero-bureaucracy programme is about removing procedures rather than digitising them. That is the same job our agents do inside an organisation: take out the manual steps, the re-keying and the waiting, rather than adding another screen.
